So, yes, I bought a jar of Big Mama Spice Rub. It is definitely hot and spicy, so I choose to use just a little less, and it is magic!, absolutely fantastic! So much flavour! I doubt I could get this flavour even if I tried, but, all the stuff I would have to buy to try and make this, I would be there making this for hours. My friends and family think I am an amazing chef! - Mr. Popular right here!!

I'm not a cook, not by any means, but thank you, Big Mama Spice, for creating this. I thought if this can actually do as they say "turn every meal into a masterpiece", I was entertaining at home with friends where I really needed to impress, so I decided, OK. let's give it a go.
