I just rubbed the Big Mama Spice into some chopped vegetables, sprinkled a little Rapeseed oil over them, and after 30 minutes in the oven, they were just totally delicious. A mate recommended Big Mama Spice, so I thought the price was OK, so I would give it a whirl. So I contacted Big Mama Spice for advice on using Big Mama Spice for Sirloin Steaks on the BBQ. They responded straight away! They suggested melting unsalted butter in a pan, adding two teaspoons of Big Mama Spice, stirring slowly for 3-4 mins, then brushing the steaks with the melted butter whilst on the BBQ; 3-4 minutes each side, brushing and turning the steaks as you go.
